Entry-Level Carpenter / Painter / Fabricator

If you’re ready to learn, work hard, and grow your skills, this is a great place to start. You’ll work alongside experienced craftspeople on a variety of projects — gaining hands-on experience in carpentry, finishing, and fabrication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with fabrication, painting, and finishing tasks

  • Learn to read shop drawings and follow project plans

  • Support installation and build-out on-site and in the shop

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in design, building, and hands-on work

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Reliability, good communication, and a team mindset

  • Basic hand tool knowledge (training provided)

Pay: $20–$28/hour DOE

Lead Carpenter / Painter / Fabricator

We’re also looking for an experienced craftsperson who can take the lead — someone with the skill, creativity, and leadership to see projects through from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead fabrication, carpentry, and finishing work on custom builds

  • Read and execute detailed shop drawings

  • Work with wood, metal, composites, and specialty finishes

  • Mentor and train junior team members

  • Maintain job site quality, organization, and safety standards

  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and client goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of carpentry, fabrication, or painting/finishing experience

  • Proficiency with hand/power tools and finishing materials

  • Leadership experience with small crews

  • Reliability, craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving

  • Preferred: welding, CNC, or metal fabrication skills

Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE
